When the baking soda meets the vinegar, there is a chemical reaction as carbon dioxide gas is created.

We planted some sunflower seeds.

We put the soil in a small pot.

We pushed the seeds into the soil.

We covered the seeds with more soil.

We gave our seeds some water.

We put the seeds outside for sun and air.

We have been learning about the science behind bubble blowing. We found out if you blow a bubble on a wet surface, it will be big and strong. Bubbles prefer wet surfaces compared to dry surfaces. We read the poem: "I Blew a Bubble"
